1. Purpose

YoubAi lets you create vertical videos using artificial intelligence, clone the style of public videos, create avatars, and then publish or schedule these videos on social media through the platforms' official APIs. Access is by invitation; by creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Your account and social media

You must be 18 years old or have permission from a legal representative. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may only connect social media accounts that you own or for which you have explicit authorization, and you remain responsible for all content published from your account.

3. AI-generated content

You are the author of your briefs and are responsible for how the videos produced are used. You must have the necessary rights to the materials you provide (text, images, songs, and uploaded or cloned videos).
Cloning a video produces a reinterpretation; you are responsible for respecting copyright and image rights in the source videos and for not passing off a reproduction as the original.
Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies: review and check it before publishing. Disclose content generated or modified by AI in accordance with the platforms' transparency rules.
You may freely use the videos produced for your account, including for commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the AI providers and platforms.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use YoubAi to produce or publish illegal or hateful content, sexual content involving minors, deceptive content (deepfakes of real people without their consent or false information), spam or coordinated inauthentic activity; to bypass the platforms' or the service's security measures or limits; or to infringe the rights of others. Failure to comply will result in account suspension or deletion.

5. Plans, quotas and pricing

Each plan includes a maximum number of videos per month and a maximum duration per video, shown under Configuration. Videos produced count toward the month's quota even if you delete them afterward. Prices and payment terms will be stated before any paid subscription; current access by invitation is free and may change.

6. Availability and service providers

The service is provided “as is.” It depends on third-party providers (AI models, publishing provider and social media platforms) whose outages, overloads or rule changes may delay or prevent generation or publishing. We make our best efforts to report these incidents and allow retries, without guaranteeing a result or completion time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, YoubAi shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses of revenue, data or audience related to use of the service or posts you have requested. You agree to indemnify YoubAi against any third-party claim relating to content you produce or publish.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time under Configuration → Danger zone. We may suspend an account for a breach of these terms, following notification except in an emergency.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts, after an attempt to resolve it amicably through hello@youbai.app.
